I support fostering a positive and collaborative company culture that inspires creativity, innovation, and teamwork. I believe in creating a positive and collaborative culture, nurturing personal and professional growth, and prioritizing ethical and responsible business practices.

As the General Manager of Imela Ideas, I am not just responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining budget expenses, but also for creating a positive work environment that supports and empowers our team members to achieve their full potential.
I am passionate about fostering a workplace culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication. Additionally, I take pride in overseeing the recruitment of new employees who share our values and commitment to excellence.

Property Manager
As the Property Manager at Imela Ideas, my job is more than just conducting day-to-day operations of our serviced apartment complex. I strive to create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, making sure their stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. I work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain a clean and organized space, and I am dedicated to continuously improving our policies and procedures to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Additionally, I take pride in building and leading a team of employees who are passionate about providing exceptional service and who share our commitment to creating a welcoming home away from home for our guests.
